We are looking for a motivated Dynamics 365 Application Engineer to join our Technology Team in Madrid!

Within the department, our Application Support team is responsible for optimizing and maintaining our Dynamics 365 applications, developing new features and customizations and ensuring optimal performance for our internal business units.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?

Ensure smooth operations and support

• Oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and performance of Dynamics 365 applications (F&O and XRM modules).
• Manage incidents, service requests, and enhancements through the company’s ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.

Develop and enhance applications

• Design, develop, and implement new features and customizations using X++ (F&O) and C#/.NET (CRM).
• Collaborate with development teams to drive automation and apply DevOps best practices within Dynamics 365 environments.

Monitor and document systems

• Set up and maintain monitoring tools to ensure system health, alerts, and performance optimization.
• Create and update technical and user documentation (configurations, workflows, troubleshooting guides).

WHAT EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, specifically Finance & Operations (F&O) and XRM (Customer Engagement/CRM) modules.
• Knowledge of X++ and/or C#/.NET is a must.
• Scripting and customization skills using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Dynamics 365 SDK.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices within the Dynamics 365 ecosystem, including experience with Azure DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and experience with Dynamics 365 databases.
• Familiar with system monitoring solutions such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Power Platform Admin Center.
• Experience managing and troubleshooting integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems (e.g., Datalakes, Jira, Azure Function Apps).
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to self-manage tasks and work effectively in a hybrid work environment
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical issues into business language and working cross-functionally with teams and stakeholders.
• Advanced level of English
