We are looking for a motivated Application Engineer to join our Technology Team in Madrid!

At Eurovision Services, our Technology Team is the driving force behind everything we do — from the infrastructure that powers our networks and corporate systems to the software that supports global media and sports events. The team designs, implements, and maintains a secure, cutting-edge technical ecosystem that enables high-quality, cost-efficient services for our customers worldwide.

Within the department, our Application Support team is responsible for optimizing and maintaining our internal applications, developing new features and customizations and ensuring optimal performance for our internal business units.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?

• Ensure smooth operations, maintenance, and performance of enterprise applications, including Dynamics 365.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and enhancements via the ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, collaborating with internal, suppliers and remote teams.
• Design, develop, and implement new features and customizations (using mainly scripting in Bash, PowerShell, or other languages as C#, or similar).
• Contribute to automation and DevOps practices (Azure infrastructure, Linux Infrastructure).
• Monitor the system health and performance, identifying key metrics and critical areas.
• Create and update technical and user documentation.
• Promote process automation and continuous improvement.

WHAT EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Experience managing Linux environments, application management, and ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O/CRM/XRM) or similar ERP/CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with at least one programming or scripting language (C#, .NET/X++, Java, Python, Power Platform, etc.).
• Experience with databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Understanding of enterprise integrations (APIs, Azure Functions, Middleware, etc.).
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices (Azure DevOps, CI/CD, automation).
• Familiarity with monitoring solutions (Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Prometheus, Kibana, etc.).
• Experience with Linux and Windows environments.
• System administration skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to self-manage tasks and work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical issues into business language and working cross-functionally with teams and stakeholders.
• Advanced level of English

Nice to have:

• Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bamboo).
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Scripting and customization using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Dynamics 365 SDK.
