Office Manager (Temporary, Part-time 50%)
Eurovision Services is seeking a Temporary Office Manager to cover holidays in our Madrid office. This is a part-time (50%), onsite position from September 14th to October 4th, 2026. The role follows a rotating shift schedule from Monday to Sunday, with the corresponding days off and applicable shift allowances.
As our Temporary Office Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our Madrid office continues to run smoothly during the holiday period. You will be responsible for maintaining an organized, functional, and welcoming workplace, ensuring our facilities support both our broadcast operations and our corporate teams.
Acting as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, clients, and suppliers, you will help create a positive experience while coordinating the day-to-day office activities that keep everything running efficiently. In your day-to-day, your responsibilities will include:
Answer and forward incoming calls.
Welcome and assist employees, visitors, clients, and suppliers.
Monitor access to the office and support visitor management.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Restock and organize supplies in the coffee point and other shared areas.
Support basic administrative tasks, including scanning, filing, and office documentation.
Assist with office administration, health & safety (PRL), and security-related processes.
Support the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring facilities remain organized, functional, and well maintained.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
Previous experience in an office environment, front desk, receptionist, or administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams).
Comfortable using phone systems and standard office equipment.
Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent attention to detail and customer service mindset.
Fluency in Spanish is required.
Comfortable communicating in English in a professional environment.
